Taylor Mefford is an Emmy-Nominated Video Editor, Sound Designer, and Composer / Producer working as a Videographer at Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Formerly of Meredith Broadcasting / Gray Television (Meredith Creative Group Phoenix, Producer/Editor) and WDAF-TV FOX4 Kansas City (Creative Services Promotions Producer), Taylor has utilized his skills in Television Promos / Commericals and many independent projects from Short Films and Mini-Docs to Music Videos and Webseries, as well as Stage Productions and Marketing Materials.

In the pursuit of his degree in Radio/Television at A&M-Commerce, Taylor worked with trained professionals in Radio (88.9 KETR) as well as Music Production (Brad Davis, bdm studio). His projects have been nominated for Mid-America Emmys and won District IV CASE and SCBS Awards. In 2015, Taylor won first place in the national “Freedom of Speech” PSA Contest held by the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF).

Taylor is passionate about sound, creativity, filmmaking, and storytelling.
